Use the nutrition tracker here at SP effectively by using the tabs marking your favorites--it is quick and easy to scroll down to the foods you eat frequently. The food groupings allows you to put in a recipe or a regular meal and one click will get it recorded for you. This is an awesome time save

    I use the favorites all the time. It sure helps to make tracking easier especially when I enter in my own recipes. It saves time to have what you eat marked as a favorite cuz then you don't have to search for it every time you track your food. I was absolutely SHOCKED when I first started tracking my food because I thought I was consuming way more calories than I thought even tho I was doing well on portion control.

    The nutrition tracker is my absolute favorite tool here at Spark People. I use it to plan my meals so I can balance my carbs, proteins and fats before I start eating for the day. When I come home from grocery shopping I put any foods I bought for the first time aside and take them to the compute so I can add the food to "my favorites". It took me a while to build my list up, but now that I have tracking my food is a snap.

    I sure started having consistent weight losses when I started using the nutrition tracker daily. It also helps me to really know what I am putting in my mouth in every detail and the information that we can get from the end of the day report really helps me to find the gaps in what I am eating.
