In the winter, I hate drinking cold water from the tap when it's already chilly in the house and outside. So, after I drink my first glass of water in the morning, I immediately fill up the glass again and set it aside for later. When I'm ready to drink it, the water has warmed up and goes down much easier. Drink and repeat 8 times! In the summer, ice cold water is best, of course. It's refreshing and it burns calories to warm up the water in your tummy.

I am watching the pounds come off with just walking each night and drinking water. I have always walked and drank water but now doing more. It really works, I have always know it so when people see me they will know it too. Have introduced drinking water and not sodas to my daughter and granddaughter, hope they see a difference. Part of my winter exercise routine is walking more, I might have to start eating more if I keep dropping the pounds. Smile
Last winter I tried to quit drinking soda cold turkey ( I was drinking a LOT of soda daily). Lasted 2 weeks and it was horrible. Since joining SP and focusing on drinking lots of water I just naturally quit drinking soda and didn't really even realize it. When would I fit that in & all the water?
