I am playing around with puddings made with Stevia. Everyone loves "Nutella" and i am no different. LorAnn Flavorings produces a Hazelnut flavoring. I am making chocolate pudding, with Stevia and .1 percent milk (cannot get skimmed here in Austria) So make 1/2 milk and 1/2 water. It gives me an occasional "Nutella" kick. Cutting back on the moisture, I can make icebox cake using homemade graham crackers also made with stevia. of course is not the same as making with brown sugar and or honey, but it works. As anything one must limit this to small amounts and occasionally. I am diabetic. I use 'dinkle" flour here in Europe. - by STORRERKATHY
