When I make a new food, and want to track the cal. fat. and such. I take everything I used into the bedroom (where the computer is) and then put in each item one by one...I walked out of the room the other day and my middle son looked at me like I was crazy!

When I need to clean the house (ugh) I put on my headphones, put on a workout station on Pandora, and dance while I clean. My kids think I am crazy but it makes cleaning much more fun and I get some cardio in while I do it, WIN WIN!!
My Mom (67) and I (48) walk every morning with my Australian Shepherd Rudy @ 4:30am for one hour. Everyone thinks we are crazy and maybe we are BUT this is the only time I am able to get exercise in before getting the kids to school and working full time. Plus since we started doing this 4yrs ago both my physical and mental status has improved so much.
