The secret to my success is simple...get up early and exercise in the morning! As a single mom, I am too busy in the evenings with making dinner, helping with homework, etc. to get my workout in so I made the decision to get up early. It is really paying off!

Not only does early morning exercise help to get the fat off, it will actually make you feel as if you have more energy, reduce your blood pressure, and I have found my appetite is actually lower. As a benefit, there is nothing more refreshing than watching an early morning sunrise.
I get up so early (5:30 am) that getting up even early during the work week seemed daunting. So, my five days starts on Saturday mornings! So two early mornings aren't really all that early. On the weekends, I can sleep in until 7 am and still get a good morning workout in. Once I started this...the exercise excuses disappeared! 401
