The secret to my success is simple...get up early and exercise in the morning! As a single mom, I am too busy in the evenings with making dinner, helping with homework, etc. to get my workout in so I made the decision to get up early. It is really paying off!

    I agree with you. I get up at 3 a.m. and workout before I got to work, doing this ensures I workout everyday.

    Wonderful. I too most days get my walks done in morning. No excuses plus usually do other exercise that are scheduled for day that I can't do in morning. This way can get 2 or more exercise done within the day.

    I can so agree. Unfortunately My work schedule forces me to do it mid day. I will be getting off work about 2:30 or 3:30pm and hubby can't go get me until 5:30. So while I wait I will go to the gym. Usually I don't have to go into work until 1pm so I workout first then shower then go to work. For this week and next they changed up my schedule. Not a huge deal at least I won't be bored with a changed up routine. LOL emoticon

    ahhh how i loved the good ol days, of july, aug, sept and even oct, getting up around 6 and being at the track to walk by 630..before the muggy heat got too much...then cold weather came and my walks moved to later in the day, then the broken foot came in jan and i havent been able to walk since, but the doc gave me the half thumbs up to start back slowly 2 times a week for 20 mins, so im gonna walk in the evening with my friend and her husband just til this limit is lifted and im given the go ahead to start back full walking...then its go baby, 7 am here i come!!! emoticon

    I do this also...some people at work make fun of me for this...Glad to hear that I am not the only person to get up extra early to exercise....Thanks for the encouragement

    I feel energized after I work out first thing in the morning. Otherwise, life gets in the way and who knows when I will squeeze in exercise.
