Chocolate can elevate your energy levels. It has been said that Chocolate can improve anemia, awaken the appetite, aid in digestion, improve longevity, & even increase sexual appetite. Hey, give your man some chocolate!!! Chocolate does contain sugar & caffeine along with fat & calories, so eat chocolate in moderation. Chose dark chocolate which has the fewest calories. Oh Yum!
