Exercise in the morning before you eat breakfast, and exercise before going to sleep. Exercising in the middle of the day.....its best to do so before you eat in the morning and before sleep.

And
not everyone can exercise on an empty stomach, or before bed. I need to have something to eat before I do any kind of exercise, and if I exercise before bed, I don't get to sleep for a couple more hours.

    i didnt know that,,, from now on i make sure i exercise befotre eating breakfast or going to sleep

    This information is not true. Exercise burns the same number of calories whenever you do it. Exercise whenever it is best for your schedule!
Spark needs an "unlike" button - some of these member submitted "secrets" are nothing more than fitness myths.. I'm surprised Spark allows these myths to be perpetuated :(

    I would also have to disagree with this. There haven't been any studies showing that you burn more calories at any certain time of day. If anything I would think that you need to find the time that works for you that you exert the most energy. I tried an AM exercise routine, and I only gave about 60 percent than if I go at 6:30 pm...to each their own.
