I spend a lot of time on the computer, I put my total gym and other weights near by. I "make" myself do one exercise for only 4 minutes when I am waiting to download etc. Today I managed to do that at least 6 times= 24 mins of exercise!

Listening to podcasts while exercising makes the time go by quickly and you can learn something at the same time.
I love filling up my Ipod with my favorite podcasts and going for a long walk. Pretty much any topic you have interest in there is a podcast for. I get mine through the Itunes home page.
The other day, I went to catch my bus and was horrified by the fact I would have to wait over 45-minutes for the next bus! Well, after waiting after a few minutes, I end up walking the full length on the metro station several times. I knocked out 2.28 miles by the time the bus arrived! Yey me!!
