Healthy meal planning is a big challenge for a beginner! I'm slowly implementing change by starting each day with a healthy breakfast, focusing on whole grain, fiber, protein, and fruit.

MORE INFORMATION:
So far my favorites have been oatmeal with berries, fruit shakes with ground flax, and peanut butter on wheat bread.

    What a wonderful Idea. Thinking about it, on days I eat a well rounded breakfast I eat less lunch. MMMMM. Thanks. This might help me stay on track.
