I try & always have Gazpacho or a broth-based, Multi-Vegetable Soup in the frig as a go-to snack when hunger pangs happen. It's important they be spicy & savory (low-salt, of course). There are lots of spices (like Mrs. Dash) that are delicious and salt-free.

    Great minds think alike! I do the same especially on the weekends when sometimes the lack of structure brings out my mindless eating monster. It's a great go to food! emoticon emoticon

    Soups are good starters before the main meal.This way you eat less.

    Great idea do the same but use more spice a few green chillis
