I TEXT for instant support; I TEXT for motivation; I TEXT for information; I TEXT for accountability. I have a group of friends who know my goals and I will instant message all eight at one time. I schedule exercises in my SP appointment book and then I use the REMINDER option to have a text message arrive an hour or two before I need to get the exercises done. (Look at "MORE" to find out how to do this. ) I also send myself a motivation message the same way :)
