Do your core strength exercises before doing your cardio. The muscles activated in your core will continue to contract during your cardio, especially if you do cardio that requires some balance. emoticon

  • I've heard both theories. If you work muscle before cardio, they say that your muscles contract. If you warm up then cardio then do muscle training, they say that your muscles will be fully warm and better prepped for reps (meaning less chance of pulling them). Either way, moving is moving...no? emoticon - by RAVENWEST
