I record every morsel of food I put into my mouth on my SP nutrition record. Before SP, I tended to over- and under-estimate what I'd eaten. Being able to see everything in concrete terms allows me to accurately assess how I've done for the day. Quite often, the "damage" is not nearly what I'd estimated it to be! I'm learning to make more rational decisions with food, just by writing them down!

    I 100% agree with you. I would sometimes give up when I had a bad day. Now I realize that my Bad days really weren't that bad. Everything in moderation. The food log is a must to get used to portion size, making food choices, etc. Once you get used to doing it, it is very quick and easy.
