I find that if I put what I'm cooking in the pan with appropriate spice, seasoning, oil & water cover it & leave it on a slow heat. Its done with not much trouble & comes out quite tasty. But I belong to the pinch of this & that school.

Find an exercise that you love and is fun, even if it is too easy for you. On the days where you just want to say forget, do that execise to keep your momentum. My "go to" exercise is zumba wii or dvd. The easy level is much too easy for me but when I don't want to do anything, this works. I've done something to at least maintain.
