I've found its helpful to eat smaller meals throughout the day instead of three time a day big meals. it better suits my busy lifestyle and i never really get hungry. its also good for your metabolism! whenever i do get hungry though, that's when its a good time to down some water to make it up to my 8 cups a day goal :D
