Secrets of Success

I know that sounds bad but what has worked for me was that if I start to have problems I would eat a little more then usual. For example, I stay within my portion sizes everyday but when I start to not lose I will eat a little more and the next day kick it back into high gear and I lose what I have gained plus some. So I break through the plateau. I still work out the same amount of time while I eat a little more. Don't go crazy though.

  • I was frustrated with myself for eating a little too much and gaining over a pound. But...the next day I went back to my regular diet and exercise and lost what I had gained plus some. So...maybe the body needs a rest from straight dieting once in a while! emoticon - by WELOVEOURFAMILY
  • So I guess that means I can't have my big mac then? Thanks for the advice. I'll try it out tomorrow when I can plan to not go crazy with it. - by FLUFFYMOM724
  • I will have to try. Had a low day 2 days ago, a high day yesterday, I need a low day today. We'll see what happens. - by AZALIA34

  • . emoticon Just watched a video about this and it DOES work because we keep our bodies "tricked" If we don't do the same thing everyday our bodies can't get adjusted to it and stall on us. I plan on giving this a try too. - by STARRZ57
  • This works for me too. Not sure why, but it does. - by CJPDPM
