Ask "How Motivated am I today, scale of 1-10?" everyday. Realize that it's your job to keep up your passion & positive attitude. If you're 6 or lower try doing a web search for "Motivational Sayings Weight Loss", browse through SP success stories, talk to a friend, or create a new vision collage.
The Sparkpage is an awesome motivational tool. I have my goals and mini-goals all laid out, and read my entire page each morning, to stay focused. I edit now and then, as I think of more or different things to add. I use my Sparkpage as a kind of diary, or as a way to organize my thoughts. Sparkpeole Rocks! 220
After having a couple of days of not logging in, I realized that rather than looking at logging in SP as a big task or something that requires a lot of time/effort just treat it like maybe your Facebook or email. When you check your emails, do a quick login to SP, blog/post/browse/read as per your convenience and whenever possible multiple times a day. When it seems like a small casual task you wont dread doing it.
And we all know how much being regular on SP helps!
