    OMG my plateaus almost made me give up. But, I kept telling myself "calories in vs. calories out" and kept walking! Eventually the body has no choice but to give up the weight if you keep expending more calories than you take in! It DEFINITELY WORKS!! Just keep the faith and keep at it, right?
