When The Scales Get You Down




So the scales aren't moving? Or worse, they're moving in the wrong direction? You're angry, upset, frustrated, or ______ (fill in the blank). Allow yourself to feel those feelings, then pick yourself up, and keep walking forward. Keep tracking your food and exercise, using and you will reach your goal. What you learn along the way about dealing with these frustrations, will help you maintain your weight when you reach your goal.

    OMG my plateaus almost made me give up. But, I kept telling myself "calories in vs. calories out" and kept walking! Eventually the body has no choice but to give up the weight if you keep expending more calories than you take in! It DEFINITELY WORKS!! Just keep the faith and keep at it, right? - by ZANBALL
