I loaded three "levels" of music on my iPod. Warm up, Jammin', and cool down. That way I can control by music how fast I walk. The Jammin' tunes are all fast paced, up beat songs I love to sing. Makes the walk fly by!
WHEN I GO FOR MY WALK I ALWAYS LISTEN TO MY MP3 PLAYER. I HAVE ON SOME REALLY FAST PACE MUSIC THAT MOTIVATES ME TO WALK EVEN FASTER. SO NO MATTER IF I AM WALKING 3 K OR 10 K THE TIME SEEMS TO GO BY FAST AND I TRY TO BEAT MY TIME EACH TIME I GET OUT.
