This is for those of you who are forever tempted by those 500 cal whoppers at starbucks..you know the ones loaded with chocolate syrup cream and 50 fats grams?

MORE INFORMATION:
Nestle makes a hot cocoa mix that's only 20 cals, fat free and no sugar- this is where you start- mix with 6oz coffee instead of flavored creamer. I sometimes add 1/2 cup hot skim milk for calcium... SO yummy it tastes like you're being bad when you aren't! What's not to LOVE about that?

I don't like coffee either, but I put 1 tsp. instant coffee with 1 tsp. diet hot chocolate and ice cubes and skim milk and blend it together for about 140 cal....when I need a caffeine boost after a bad night's sleep.

I can't wait to try this. Sounds like a good chocolate fix and what a calorie saver!

I add fat free whipped cream

This sounds really yummy. I don't really like the taste of
coffee, unless it's an added flavor to something. I'll try
this for sure.

This sounds fab! I will have to look for this cocoa! Just started drinking coffee and am using sweet n low and 1/8 tsp vanilla extract. Nice vanilla flavor without the cals. But I DO prefer chocolate!
