I LOVE to read about healthy food info & all the power of good eating! The book I got my info out of is The Doctor's Book of Food Remedies by Selene Yeager and the editors of Prevention magazine.Due to the cholestrol involved and the Advanced Glycation Endproducts{AGE} contained,these foods were on the HIGH list~Hot Dogs,Fried Chicken,Fried Fish,Pizza[even thin crust!] and Pork Sausage.The LOW list included canned red kidney beans,raw onion,banana,canned corn and bran flakes.The comparison ...

is listed on page 7. So,as always ,eat more lowfat foods ,especially fruits & veggies that are HIGH in antioxidants [which fight free radicals that travel throughout our body ,causing havoc to our sytems,immune & others] and keep the HIGH IN FAT ,fried stuff to a minimum. It may Lengthen YOUR life!
