Red Meat And Sugar Cravings

This Sparked Me!

Eating alot of red meat can cause inflammation in our bodies which can cause abnormal glucose metabolism, and some people crave sugar more after eating red meat. Eat foods high in Omega 3's and low glycemic fruits and veggies to combat sugar cravings and inflammation.

I love meat but I do limit RED. I NEVER crave anything sweet, just savoury. I never eat junk food, nothing from a box, cook all of our meals from scratch. HOWEVER I notice DH heads for the bread with spread way too often. Thanks for the heads up I will take more notice, he is precious. Pat in Maine.
