I only go to the grocery store once every two weeks, and I only buy what is on my list now. I have cut my grocery bill in half, because I am not stopping at the grocery store for 1-2 items and end up buying 10 items, several times a week.
I make a list of meals for two weeks at a time and that keeps me from stopping for fast food.
