I eat little bits constantly throughout the day. I have something to eat about every 90minutes to 2 hours so that I never find myself too hungry, and when I get hungry I think "only 15 minutes until my next meal." I'm not super strict about the times if I get hungry early, but I make sure I'm constantly eating something healthy.

    Great idea to eat (healthy choices, obviously) often to prevent the starving feeling. It is good way to keep your blood sugar regulated too.

    emoticon The hardest thing about a 'diet' is the feeling of deprivation. . . at least for me. This helps curb that negative feeling. emoticon
