Recently I figured out a great way to use SP and still get my exercise on. I put my computer on my dresser and play tunes. I dance during the fast songs and stretch during the slow. My dresser is the perfect height for me to still type/ use my mouse and dance. Pandora radio is a great site that allows you to create stations that play what you like. You can also search for free online work out music via google. Let's get up and get moving. Who says computer time has to be stationary?334
