Reading 50 Books In A Year!

I began a spark team called Reading 50 Books in a Year. I wanted to relate my weight loss to something I really enjoyed doing. I have a rule I can't eat while I'm reading. While it took a while for that rule to sink in, now I can't even imagine eating while reading. Besides it'd get the pages messy.

  • I've followed this plan for quite a while. However, I can't limit myself to just 50 books a year. I usually read a minimum of 150. - by POPEYETHETURTLE
  • I enjoy the 50 books a year club, it just reminds me that I have tangible achievements in leisure which is part of wellness. - by CSTRUB
Wow, I didn't know about your not eating while reading rule! Sadly I read while I eat & eat while I read all the time. I must see if I can implement this rule at least some of the time ... like the dangerous evening mindless snacking time. Thanks for posting your secret! - by ABCDARIAN
I love to read too! I can't eat when I read either. I'm afraid I'll lose my spot! When I read, I really get into it!! - by LOVESLIFE48
