I began a spark team called Reading 50 Books in a Year. I wanted to relate my weight loss to something I really enjoyed doing. I have a rule I can't eat while I'm reading. While it took a while for that rule to sink in, now I can't even imagine eating while reading. Besides it'd get the pages messy.

In "The Spark" book I read about Linda. Linda lost 50 pounds. She is in a wheel chair and through Spark she found a way to lose her 50 lbs. I lost my momentum at 25 out of 50 lbs. I am now 10 lbs from goal weight. I watch my daily intake of carbs closely & feel much better for doing this.
