I always crave something sweet after dinner. It can literally drive me crazy! Instead of reaching for the piece of Dove chocolate that my husband insists on buying, I keep Sugar Free Jello snack cups in the fridge and grab one of those (preferably AFTER my evening walk!) as my sweet reward.

My BF has a habit of picking up fruit smoothies for us when he comes home from playing ball at the YMCA. Instead of refusing his kindness I break the calories down with my $0.69 Popsicle mold from the Dollar tree.

I have a friend who is allergic to sugar and has learned to make several sweets without sugar or artificial sweetener. We use Smuckers Simply Fruit Apricot Spread in her sweets. It replaces sugar and sometimes the fat in baking. Apricot is a mild flavor that doesn't mix unfavorably in baked foods
