I always crave something sweet after dinner. It can literally drive me crazy! Instead of reaching for the piece of Dove chocolate that my husband insists on buying, I keep Sugar Free Jello snack cups in the fridge and grab one of those (preferably AFTER my evening walk!) as my sweet reward.
