Secrets of Success

The Swopper

What on earth is this ? It's an "active chair" which moves into three dimensions and supports active sitting. I use it in my office. It looks quite odd but it is a superb tool: I had very severe back pain a couple of years ago, and then switched to The Swopper. The chair encourages me to sit up straight and change my position (just a tiny little bit) the whole time. This is very healthy.
