At first, drinking 8 glasses of water might seem to be a daunting task. I've found that by adding a few drops of lime or lemon juice, I enjoy drinking my water! Also, if you use 32 oz water bottles, you drink two a day and you've met your 8 glasses!

    Try a couple of thin slices of cucumber in your water for a whole different take.

    I do this too. I always have lemon juice and lime juice in the 'fridge so I can add a splash of flavor to my water. Love it !
