At first, drinking 8 glasses of water might seem to be a daunting task. I've found that by adding a few drops of lime or lemon juice, I enjoy drinking my water! Also, if you use 32 oz water bottles, you drink two a day and you've met your 8 glasses!
My favorite water bottle is a pink 32 oz one from Victoria's Secret!

8 cups a day...yeah, yeah, we know. For those who think it's hard, please try this: pour 8 ounces in a glass or cup and see if you can drink it in 5 big gulps. You'll see it's easy and quick to get those cups in - 5 gulps at a time!
When you try this and see how quick it is, you'll be more apt to get those 8 cups in!
The small, refillable bottled water containers hold 2 cups, so it's easy to "see" when you've had your daily intake goal. But what if you are drinking from a container that doesn't measure easily? Measure out 1 cup of water and count your "healthy gulps" as you finish it. Now you know how many gulps makes a cup.
I have read that water is better for you when ingested throughout the day in sips, rather than downing a glass in gulps! Fill a one litre (32oz) water bottle and sip it through breakfast all the way through lunch. Once lunch time hits it should be empty. Fill it again (another 32oz) at lunch time and sip it throughout the rest of your afternoon! There you go, all of your water in before dinner time!
