After 8 years of headaches and various treatments, I found a new Chiropractor. After seeing some improvements, he recommended seeing my Primary Care Physician and doing a round of blood tests for allergies.
When the tests came back, I found I had a milk allergy. I dropped cow milk out of my diet, switched to almond milk and went from massive headaches to almost none.
