Tips to get your water for the day:
1) Flavor with a bit of lemon juice (makes it not so blaugh)
2) Drink a glass 1st thing (yes, before the coffee)
3) Try using a straw (I find I drink more often this way)
4) Make a game of it (challenge to beat yourself)
5) Always have some by you (fill up as soon as you run out) emoticon emoticon

MORE INFORMATION:
Water has been a challenge for me...used to drink about 1 cup per day. I've been able to increase to about 4 per day and just recently (when I drank a cup before my morning coffee), I increased to 6 cups. I find these things help me a lot...hope they help you as well.

    Freezing lemons and putting them in water also helps. If you wash, slice and freeze the lemons it is simple just to take one out of the freezer and toss it in each glass. Sometimes, it makes gulping all that H20 a bit more bearable.

    When I remember, I take a bottle up with me at bedtime. So when I get up, the guzzle can begin.

When I eat out, water w/lemon is my beverage of choice.

    I'm constantly refilling my store bought bottles even though I have metal ones... I also add benefiber drink mix to at least one bottle usually during lunch. This adds a different taste and I'm getting fiber at the same time
