Tips to get your water for the day:
1) Flavor with a bit of lemon juice (makes it not so blaugh)
2) Drink a glass 1st thing (yes, before the coffee)
3) Try using a straw (I find I drink more often this way)
4) Make a game of it (challenge to beat yourself)
5) Always have some by you (fill up as soon as you run out)
Water has been a challenge for me...used to drink about 1 cup per day. I've been able to increase to about 4 per day and just recently (when I drank a cup before my morning coffee), I increased to 6 cups. I find these things help me a lot...hope they help you as well.
