When I don't have time to work out in the morning I try to encorporate movement into my morning routines.
When I blow dry my hair or brush my teeth I walk in place or sway my hips side to side.
When gathering everything I need for the day I walk up and down the stairs for each individual item I have to grab. (cell phone, purse, computer, keys, ect.)
Just putting a little extra movement into my morning rountine helps me get some energy if I didn't have time to work out.
