A Little Math For Thought




I know calorie counting is kind of a pain but this wonderful website does it for you. First of all, make sure you're always adding your Tbsp of oil or butter, & even your 5 calorie stick of gum. All of this stuff adds up! In my other secrets, I mentioned that a Heart Rate Monitor is very beneficial. After tracking my food for the day, I take my total calorie consumption and subtract the amount of calories I burned from working out. This has really helped me drop a couple pounds a week!
