I like to use my Sundays to make meals for the rest of the week. I chop my veggies and put them in plastic storage bowls for my lunches. I cook one thing in the slow cooker to eat on all week. I portion it out for my meals so I never over eat it.

    I like your comment i didnt think about this at all i have a slow cooker and baggies and it never crossed my mind thank you.

    my habits are similar. And I have not had a fast food meal in many months....

when I do dine out its somewhere nice and relaxing....its not cuz I don't have time to make dinner. It's usually to spend some time with my daughter....
