Invite your friends, neighbors, coworkers or clients to meet weekly to get healthier. Set and report on Fast Break and other goals. In my group of 6 people, I'm the only one who uses the computer. But the other 5 use the printed meal plans and grocery lists. I present a topic each week based on a Spark article or two. So, even though I planned for a SparkTeam on the computer that has not materialized, every team member lost weight in January, and I'm back to my happy weight! It helped all of us!

I was living in total terror of anything financial. By the end of June 2009 I had generated thousands of dollars in overdraft fees and lost thousands of dollars in expired unfiled medical insurance claims. And I had accumulated $40,000 in debt.
In desperation I joined Debtors Anonymous in July '09. Since then I have neither incurred any overdraft fees nor have I missed any insurance claims. Working DA's 12-Step program I have learned how to live within my means one day-at-a-time.
