Get your family involved in your journey to good health. It is impossible to eat healthy and exercise when YOU are the only one doing it. I made turkey tacos today and served my husband and my daughter their portions and when they asked for more I said "Get a fruit". My daughter goes to Karate at a gym where we are all members so while she goes to class my husband and I go work out. They also help prepare all our meals. So get them involved, It works!
