Secrets of Success

Bodymedia Fit Armband

I've been wearing my armband for a week now, and I think it's great! I paid $150 at Costco, and it comes with a one year membership. It measures your calories burned, your steps, and the quality of your sleep. It's a constant reminder to move more. You upload the data to the web site every day and compare it to your calorie intake. I use my Spark people Nutrition page and then fill in the calories on BodyMedia.

  • LOVE MY BODYFIT! Awesome information that you get from it! - by GINA717
The unit is great. The link model isn't worth the extra money, I returned it and got the core. Very happy with it and very impressed with the insight it gives you. - by KDMAXXIMOUS
  • I want to get it, but I just read that the band has nickel in it; I'm wickedly allergic. Waiting on a call back from the company to find out if there's a solution.

  • It is so motivating to see your progress, I'm always challenging myself to move more. Love it! That's a great idea about tracking your food on SP and transferring to Bodymedia, I don't like their food tracker and hate doing it twice. - by MOM2SIX
Been wearing my Bodyfit armband for over a month now, and I still love it. It recharges quickly when you sync to your computer, and it keeps you conscious of your activity level all day long. Great companion to SparkPeople! - by SKINNYMINI2011
