I listen to audio books while working out. It makes me workout longer because I want to get to that next chapter. Then I have certain books I only listen to while at the gym so it gives me the motivation to go workout because I want to finish that book.9
I saw another post about reading while you excersize. I like to use Audio books, because I have a tendency to be a little uncoordinated with my movements! (Just a little ditzy!) I like to listen to audio books so that I can focus on my movements while getting sucked in to a good story!
audible.com has TONS of electronic books and is a good place to go whether you have a mp3 player or ipod.
