Taking before photos of yourself is a great motivator. Take a photo of yourself in clothes that you typically work out in. Make sure to take a front, back, and side view. Post these photos in a place where you will see them, such as the fridge. Seeing yourself from a different point of view will help you stay motivated and put things into perspective.
Taking update photos every 30 days so that you can see the progress that you have made is a great idea. Place these photos next to your before photos so that you can see how far you have come.
at my heaviest i took a photo of my belly.. now two stone lighter but slipping.. i decided to look at this picture and god i was disgusted to the point of re motivating myself back on track..im never going to have a belly like that again!!.. so back to healthy eating - thank god i took that photo!!
