I was surprised to buy their regular Fiber One (original) cereal that is used in many great recipes (ie onion rings), and for only 30 calories (15 gr) or 60 calories (regular serving of 30 gr), I get 7 and 14 grams of fiber respectively . . . and it tastes good! Great for days I get 5 or fewer fruits and veggies.

If you don't like breakfast food, don't eat. There's nothing written in stone that says you *have to have* eggs or cereal in the morning. If you like tuna fish sandwiches, have one for breakfast! I often eat chicken sandwiches in the morning. And the food police haven't arrested me yet!!! lol
