We all know that eating a healthy breakfast is good for us. Perhaps you are lacking in ideas for a healthy breakfast. I have re-discovered a great breakfast food, good nutritional values, good source of protein, I have 1 slice of whole wheat toast with 1 large poached egg, it is a great breakfast when you round it off with a piece of fresh fruit & by adding a handful of almonds. Total Calories for the above mentioned breakfast is 210 calories....
If you don't like breakfast food, don't eat. There's nothing written in stone that says you *have to have* eggs or cereal in the morning. If you like tuna fish sandwiches, have one for breakfast! I often eat chicken sandwiches in the morning. And the food police haven't arrested me yet!!! lol
