Non-Fat Vanilla Frozen Yogurt topped with fresh fruit satisfies the sweet craving yet allows you to get your dairy (without the guilt) and plenty of fruit servings. Favorite fruit toppings for me are raspberries, strawberries, bananas, and pineapple. Use more than one at a time and have fun with it. Great for a light dinner at the end of the day.

When I get a sweet craving like for Ice Cream I use any kind of frozen fruit my favorite is frozen dark cherries (1 cup) put into narrow small bowl. Pour a 4oz thing of yogurt over the top my favorite is Vanilla. And stir so the yogurt is covering all areas of the frozen fruit. The yogurt will solidify around the fruit and then eat. It feels like you are eating Ice Cream, the Fruit and Yogurt combo fills your sweet tooth and it's healthy. Depending on the kind of fruit around 150 calories
I find it is easier then I thought to eat healthy. When you are wanting a snack or just going grocery shopping. If you have money to buy those chips, sodas, or anything else that is full of fat. Trade it with something more healthy that cost about the same price. That way you leave with healthy choices instead of bad ones. 4830
When I want something sweet and I see I have the money to get some ice cream or cookies. I will end up getting frozen yogurt or fruit instead. When you buy the the healthier foods the bad foods will not be in your home and you are not as tempted to eat them. 306
I buy fruits such as blueberries/strawberries/mago/pineapple/bananas and low fat yogurt. I got containers and measured each fruit and made different fruit combinations and freeze them. Each morning I open a container, add 1/4 cup yogurt and 1 cup milk or other dairy product and blend it up. Delicious and nutritious! ( I sometimes add 1/4tsp sugar) 4
I make each fruit batch 1-1 1/4 cups and it makes about 2 cups
