Become more relaxed and drift off to sleep easier by massaging your earlobes for 30 seconds. According to Chinese hospital studies, women who do this before bed experience less anxiety and fall asleep faster. The earlobes contain powerful qi(chi) points that activate energy centers throughout the body.

That mad me think of the movie Runaway Bride when Julia Roberts' character was waiting to get married and very antsy. Her friends were trying to come up with suggestions to help her calm down. The one friend said to rub her ears. She tried it and said "that feels good, where'd you learn that?". Her friend said she didn't know, that's what she does to her dog. lol.
It sounds like a good idea, tho. May help get my mind off things as my brain tend to wander and think about a lot of things before sleep.

Part of staying healthy is getting lots of sleep. I try to get a nap each day. Once you can't get enough sleep during the night, make sure you get some sleep during the day. Even if you intended for it to be a nap and it ended up being a sleep. It is better. Getting you sleep renews you mind and you are able to think better. 10243
