Good for you! I would tell myself to visualize the chips making my face break out and my hair greasy, or a apple that would flush my system and make me feel better. Its great we all have something we can tell ourselves to help change bad habits. I would also say if I really wanted it that I can have a baked potato at dinner with my meal for staying on track as a reward too. :)

I completely agree. I also have an inner rebel who doesn't like to be told what to do and is the reason I can't "diet" in the traditional sense of the word. Fortunately, I usually prefer healthier foods but, when I really want something unhealthy, I've been successful in having a small portion. For example, sharing a dessert with 2 or 3 people.
