When I am doing something like washing my hands or brushing my teeth I walk in place, do calf raises, or simply just bounce. It's little spurts of activity that can add up. Being sure to do a certain number of calf raises while brushing your teeth also ensures you are brushing long enough.

    I think i'll try the calf raises.

    Good point we cannot all be super fit hunks but any movement to start is a help I am very over weight and have done light exercise and walking and its working
