Flatout Light Wraps




I absolutely love the Italian and Tomato light wraps. They have 90 calories each and 1/3 of your daily fiber. They make great flat bread pizzas, and I toast them in the oven for a light version of pita chips/slices to go with my vegetable soup. I also like to make tostados using these.

    I love them too. Discovered that if you sprinkle one with a little water, then lay it into a bowl and leave it in the fridge over night to dry, it comes out hard like one of those 'taco salad' bowls. But of course the big difference is it is low fat/calorie! I love to make a low fat version of a taco salad using this with some non-fat sour cream, non-fat kraft cheddar cheese, non-fat refried beans, chopped lettuce, onions, tomatos, whatever. I top it with either boiled shrimp or grilled chicken breast. Low cal, but lots of good nutrition and great taste. - by FUNANDSUN
