Most days I have no problem getting my quota of 5. However on the days I need a quick boost I always keep a V-8 in the pantry (I prefer it room temperature) to add to my total. Tastes great and I know it's good for me, however the lower sodium is the one I select.

Make an effort to get as many fruits & veggies in by lunchtime so as to reach your 8 servings daily. Put extra veggies in an omelet, make a large salad, a loaded veggie sandwich or even a nice homemade veggie soup. Even snacking on raw veggies & fruit adds up quickly & helps aid in weightloss
How to Get those 5 fruits and veggies daily is to have 2 fruits/veggies for breakfast - spinach omelette, diced fruit in cereal, breakfast quiche w/ tomatoes, etc. One as a snack( fresh or dried)- apple, banana, orange, etc. Two servings with dinner - cucumbers and tomatoes in a side salad

I started with SP on January 21,2010. At that time they did not have a quick check for veggies & fruit.Now THEY DO ,so I added it to my Nutrition Tracker! Getting enough fruits and vegetables in my diet is a challenge for me! So it HELPS ME TO SEE AT-A -GLANCE how my totals in the fruit & veggie group are doing!
