Sharing your journey with others, helping them while you help yourself, will aide you to stay on track. Have an accountability partner. Motivate someone who is having a hard time. Help someone who's just starting the trip to healthy living. It all helps to keep me on track.
By knowing I'm leading others by my example, I have to stay accountable to myself, and to them.
To try to keep myself more positive I always try to make at least 2 postivie comments on other people blogs. 1) It forces me to see that I'm not alone in my struggles 2) hopefully it makes them see that too 3) maybe it will brighten someone elses day 4) it makes me smile to try to help someone else, even if it's just a 247 or 306, we all need someone to tell us that.
