Don't just lay it down in the catch all place.

All our good efforts at organizing--having a place for everything and everything in its place go awray when we forget or omit putting any given item in its place when we have it in our hands. After just laying items down in any handy place for a while I find I have a major clean up job. Putting things away right after use saves time and energy. Another benefit is that even drop-in company will find a neat house. Blessings!
