Diy Tv Dinners

This Sparked Me!

The best thing I did for my healthy lifestyle was invest in a small chest freezer and stacks of freezerware. I took one weekend, made about 10 different dishes, portioned them into individual servings, labeled them with necessary nutritional info, & froze for healthy instant convenience meals.

MORE INFORMATION:
Being too tired to cook was always a weakness in a healthy lifestyle for me; convenience foods were either fattening or unsatisfying "diet meals," that lead me to overeat. Any time I cook fresh meals, leftovers are immediately measured out & added to cache, giving me lots of variety.

I've done this in the past and it was great not having to wonder what you're going to eat for dinner once you get home.

But not eaten in front of the TV.

I think about doing this all of the time, I guess I'm mostly unsure about what to make.. like what is okay to freeze where it will still taste okay reheated?
